Tour operator information pack

SunSmart has produced an information pack to help tour operators promote sun protection. The pack contains both industry advice and public communication resources and draws on information from the WHO guidelines.

SunSmart in the workplace

We have also produced a SunSmart Strategies for the Workplace factsheet for employers and employees. The factsheet stresses the importance of sun protection and skin cancer early detection.

It includes suggestions for how employers can:

• make provisions for workers to avoid unnecessary midday sun exposure
• encourage workers to cover up
• consider providing sunscreen
• keep their workers informed.
